Pakistan’s Defense Minister, while issuing a warning to India, stated that the country is not currently undertaking any military action against India.

Tensions between India and Pakistan continue to escalate five days after the Kashmir terrorist attack, which claimed 26 lives.

India has not officially identified any group as responsible for the attack, while the Pakistani government has denied any involvement.

Local media reports indicate that last night and in the early hours of Sunday, April 27, Indian and Pakistani forces clashed in the border region. This marked the third consecutive night of skirmishes between the two sides.

Meanwhile, some Indian politicians have called for military action against Pakistan, and these demands are growing. Pakistan’s Defense Minister, warning New Delhi, said: “If India attempts to attack Pakistan, our response will be proportionate; if India takes any action, it will face appropriate reactions.”

He emphasized: “We will not resort to military action against India unless the situation escalates; at present, we are not taking any military action against India.”

Previously, Pakistan called for an impartial investigation into the killing of tourists in Indian-controlled Kashmir and expressed its willingness to cooperate and maintain peace.

Pakistan’s Interior Minister stated: “Pakistan is fully prepared to cooperate with impartial investigators to ensure the truth is uncovered and justice is served. Pakistan remains committed to peace, stability, and adherence to international norms, but it will not compromise on its sovereignty.”
