The Head of Iran’s Judiciary stated that judicial authorities across the country must, within the framework of the law, make every effort that leads to the strengthening of national cohesion. He emphasized: “We must never, even for a moment, neglect helping and supporting the people. Judicial officials are on the frontlines of public service; therefore, we should not hesitate to take any step that helps reduce people’s difficulties.”

According to the Judiciary Media Center, Mohseni Eje’i, in remarks delivered on Wednesday, November 12, during a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary with the heads of provincial justice departments and prosecutors, expressed appreciation for the dedication and service of judicial officials across the country.

He said: “The Islamic Republic of Iran remains alive, dynamic, and revolutionary. The global arrogance front, despite all its plots over nearly half a century, has failed. During the 12-day imposed war, the criminal United States entered the battlefield directly and sent its criminal protégé—the Zionist regime—armed with vast military equipment. Yet, despite all their measures, they were defeated and forced to request a ceasefire. Today, the most hated regime in the world is the Zionist regime, and this hatred has become global.”

Eje’i continued: “In the 12-day imposed war, we inflicted a deep wound upon the Great Satan, America, and its follower, the Zionist regime. Therefore, the wounded enemy will not sit idle; it continues to conspire against our nation, unity, and national cohesion.”

The Judiciary Chief underscored the need to reinforce national unity and instructed all judicial authorities nationwide to, within the law, prioritize any measure that strengthens social cohesion and solidarity.

He said: “Let us be vigilant not to neglect or delay in assisting and supporting the people. Judicial officials are in the frontlines of public service; thus, we must not refrain from any action that alleviates the people’s hardships.”

Eje’i also highlighted the importance of neutralizing enemy plots aimed at undermining national unity, saying: “Be proud that you identify and punish agents of the enemy. The enemy’s agent is not only the one who commits hostile acts; anyone who spreads discord in society is—knowingly or unknowingly—serving the enemy. Likewise, anyone who deliberately exerts economic pressure on people is, whether knowingly or not, acting as an agent of the enemy.”

The Judiciary Chief referred to the process of drafting and approving the upgraded version of the Judicial Transformation and Excellence Document, noting that insights from both internal and external experts were incorporated.

He expressed appreciation for those involved and stressed: “All judicial officials must pay special attention to implementing the provisions of this upgraded transformation document.”

Eje’i also called for precision in preparing the Judiciary’s five-year performance report, urging competent judicial authorities across the country to submit accurate and verified data and statistics for inclusion in the report.

Eje’i emphasized the importance of field presence by judicial officials to expedite the resolution of citizens’ legal and judicial matters: “Officials must be physically present in relevant institutions and coordinate with provincial authorities while maintaining judicial independence and integrity. The active and hands-on presence of some judicial officials in the provinces is commendable, and this practice should be strengthened elsewhere as well.”

In conclusion, he stressed the importance of discipline and order within judicial institutions, stating: “If an individual or group is summoned to a judicial authority, but the judge becomes unavailable, a replacement must be arranged or the invitees must be informed not to attend—so they are not kept waiting or prevented from attending to their other affairs.”
