Al-Qassam exposes operation that misled the Israeli army

The video, published this evening (Wednesday), shows the stages of a multi-step operation by the resistance. During the recovery operation, fighters employed concealment and deception techniques so that the Israeli army would not be able to detect their true activity.

In the opening footage, Israeli forces are seen using drones to monitor the area of resistance activity and the location where the bodies were being kept. The images show that, after surveillance, the enemy added those sites to its target list and then struck them in waves of bombardment.

Later in the video, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades reveal that resistance fighters used security-deception tactics — stuffing white bags with pillows and sheets to disguise them — thereby misleading the Israeli army about the actual location of the captives’ bodies.

Al-Qassam also said that portions of footage recently released by the Israeli military were in fact part of this deception operation, and that the resistance succeeded in hiding the real information and preventing the enemy from exploiting it.
