Fadi Boudieh in an interview with Mizan:

Why is the UN not accountable for the seizure of the Samud fleet?

A Lebanese media activist stated that the silence of the UN Secretary-General and other senior officials regarding the seizure of the Samud fleet is shameful and a disgrace to humanity.

Fadi Ismail Boudieh, in an interview with Mizan, said: “The Zionist regime has committed an outright act of piracy. The seizure of the Samud fleet and the arrest of peace-loving and responsible activists on board reflects the depth of the catastrophe that Tel Aviv has inflicted upon humanity. Yet the greater catastrophe must be sought beyond the borders — within the United Nations itself. International organizations not only fail to take action to stop the genocide and brutal massacres carried out by the occupying Zionist regime in Gaza, but they also refuse to support independent and popular movements rising up in the face of such immense crimes and cruelty.”

The editor-in-chief of the Lebanese magazine Al-Maraya added: “Remaining silent in the face of this act by the Zionist regime is tantamount to complicity in the crime. The primary addressees of this statement are none other than the UN Secretary-General and his associates.”
