New message from Al-Qassam to Israelis: Say farewell to your prisoners
The al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas movement, released images of Israeli prisoners in Gaza and addressed Israelis, saying that with the assault on Gaza they should “say farewell to your prisoners.”
Today (Saturday), the al-Qassam Brigades published photos of Israeli captives in Gaza.
After releasing the images and footage of the prisoners’ farewell, al-Qassam warned that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s delay and stubbornness in accepting a ceasefire — and the decision to attack Gaza — along with the surrender of Eyal Zamir (the Israel Defense Forces’ Chief of Staff), will expose those prisoners to death.
According to media reports, Eyal Zamir initially opposed Netanyahu’s plan to attack Gaza but later agreed to the assault under pressure from the cabinet.
