According to IRIB, the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council issued a statement regarding the agreement between Iran and the IAEA.
The text of the statement is as follows:
Regarding the arrangements signed between the honorable Foreign Minister and the Director General of the IAEA concerning the framework of interaction between Iran and the Agency under the new circumstances (following the military attacks by the Zionist regime and the United States against safeguarded nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran), the following points are hereby conveyed:
1. The text of these arrangements has been reviewed by the Nuclear Committee of the Supreme National Security Council, and what has been signed is, in its entirety, consistent with the committee’s approval.
2. The Nuclear Committee, composed of senior officials from relevant institutions, has at all times been authorized by the Supreme National Security Council to make decisions, and on this occasion has acted in accordance with established procedure.
3. With respect to the nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards in Iran that have been attacked by the United States and the Zionist regime:
o First: After the necessary security and safety conditions have been ensured, Iran will submit its report to the Agency only after obtaining the opinion of the Supreme National Security Council.
o Second: Subsequently, the operational methods of cooperation between Iran and the Agency concerning the report to be submitted must be mutually agreed upon, and in accordance with internal procedures, any such action must receive the approval of the Supreme National Security Council.
4. In the event of any hostile action against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its nuclear facilities—including the reinstatement of previously terminated UN Security Council resolutions—the implementation of these arrangements will be suspended.
