Indictment issued against four Israeli regime spy agents affiliated with Mossad

Nasser Atabati, Chief Justice of West Azerbaijan, reported that the indictment has been issued against these four spy agents.

Atabati stated that the four defendants carried out activities aimed at precisely identifying military sites, fortifications, and sensitive centers across the country. Their actions included taking photos and videos and sending them to Mossad agents, obtaining SIM cards, purchasing specialized phones for emergency conference communication with enemy agents, and deliberately causing explosions and fires, mainly in the cities of Tehran, Urmia, Shahroud, Isfahan, and other cities. In return for these activities, they received payments from the Israeli military in the form of cryptocurrency and digital currencies.

The Chief Justice added that following legal proceedings at the Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law on Combating Actions of the Israeli Regime, the indictment against the defendants was formally issued.

Atabati concluded by stating that the judiciary will decisively and preventively confront those who endanger the security of the people and the country and who aid the enemy, and will not retreat in defense of the Islamic Revolution and the homeland.
