One member of the “Bashan Pioneers” movement, in an interview with Israel’s Channel 7, asserted that from a security perspective, entering settlements that the Israeli army will eventually control is the correct course of action.

In this regard, the spokesperson’s office of the Israeli army confirmed the report, claiming that Israeli soldiers detained the settlers and transferred them back to occupied Palestine, stressing that such actions endanger the lives of Israeli soldiers.

However, in his interview with Channel 7, a member of the “Bashan Pioneers” alleged that the area rightfully belongs to the Jews, admitting that Israeli forces had fully opened the border and even welcomed the group’s move.
