Ali Larijani appointed as the Supreme Leader’s Representative to the Supreme National Security Council

The full text of the decree by the Supreme Leader is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

In light of Dr. Ahmadian’s appointment to important executive responsibilities within the government, I hereby appoint Dr. Ali Larijani, in accordance with Article 176 of the Constitution, as the Supreme Leader’s representative to the Supreme National Security Council.

I express my gratitude for Dr. Ahmadian’s effective service in this position over the past few years.

I ask God Almighty for success for all.
