Death toll of Israel’s war on Gaza surpasses 59,000
According to the latest report from the Gaza Ministry of Health, 134 Palestinians, including 4 bodies recovered from under the rubble, were martyred and 1,155 injured in the past 24 hours and transferred to hospitals across Gaza.
According to Al Jazeera, the ministry also said that many victims remain trapped under the rubble or lying on the streets as emergency and rescue teams have been unable to reach them.
Since October 7, 2023, the total number of casualties from Israel’s genocide in Gaza has risen to 59,029 killed and 142,135 wounded, according to the ministry.
The Ministry further reported that since March 18, 2025, the death toll from Israeli attacks stands at 8,196 killed and 30,094 wounded.
The ministry also highlighted the ongoing attacks on food aid distribution centers. In the past 24 hours alone, 99 Palestinians have been killed and over 650 injured at these locations, bringing the cumulative toll of such attacks to 1,021 killed and over 6,511 wounded.
Nearly 14,000 people remain missing or trapped under the rubble in Gaza.
Reports confirm that Israel continues to systematically target aid distribution centers and residential areas while blocking humanitarian assistance from entering Gaza, exacerbating the humanitarian catastrophe.
