The British newspaper The Telegraph, in a report, detailed the harrowing accounts of the youngest victims of the Israeli regime’s assault on Iran—including that of Rayan Ghasemian.

As the aggressive war waged by the Israeli regime against Iran comes to an end and more of its widespread atrocities come to light, heartbreaking stories of its victims are emerging—such as a 2-month-old infant and a 7-year-old boy who both fell victim to the attack.

In its report, The Telegraph wrote:

“Rayan Ghasemian was too small for the oxygen mask doctors in Tehran were using to save his life. His entire body was wrapped in brown bandages, wires were attached to his tiny head, and machines around him beeped as they delivered oxygen.”

Just hours earlier, a missile from the Israeli regime had struck their apartment building, killing his mother and father. His older brother was injured and later died in the hospital.

A video was released showing the boys’ grandfather walking through the rubble of the building and holding up a photo of Rayan on his phone. The grandfather, confirming that the boys’ parents had been killed, said: “I rushed Rayan to the hospital and took this picture.”

That was the last photo of Rayan alive. At just two months old, he became the youngest victim of the Israeli regime’s 12-day war on Iran.

Other young victims of the Israeli regime’s aggressive war on Iran include Taha Behrouzi and Alisan Jabari, both 7 years old from Tabriz. They had their schoolbags and notebooks ready for the upcoming academic year.

They were playing outside their homes when they were targeted by an Israeli drone strike. Alisan’s mother said: “My 7-year-old child, unaware of the enemy’s vile world, was playing when he was attacked.” She added that she too was injured in the incident, and that her child died in her arms.

In Isfahan, 13-year-old Fatemeh Sharifi, her younger brother Mojtaba, and their parents were killed in another Israeli attack.

Ehsan Ghasemi, 16, from the Salarieh district of Qom, was killed in his home during an Israeli strike.

Amirali Chatr Anbarin, an 8th-grade student from Lahijan, was visiting relatives in Astaneh Ashrafiyeh when he was killed in an Israeli airstrike.

Servin Hamidian, a 4th-grade student in Tehran, was killed along with her mother following an Israeli missile strike.

Ali (4), Fatemeh (10), and Reyhaneh (14), along with their mother and grandparents, were killed in an Israeli regime strike on their home. The attack was reportedly aimed at their father, Mostafa Sadati Aramaki, a prominent Iranian scientist.

Ismail Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Iran would submit the evidence to international organizations and demand accountability for the acts of aggression committed against innocent civilians.
