Netanyahu is trapped in a deadlock

Mohammad Ali Senoubari, PhD speaking with Mizan, said: "The issue of early elections in the Israeli regime is nothing new and has been raised several times during the war. Since the beginning of the Gaza war, Netanyahu has seen his political survival as tied to the continuation of the conflict. He knows that his coalition is in a poor position in the polls, and if early elections are held, he will not succeed in forming a new cabinet. Therefore, he tries to define the continuation of his grim political life through war and insecurity. Moreover, Netanyahu has failed to achieve his objectives in the Gaza war, the Lebanon conflict, and the 12-day war with Iran. Under such circumstances, every move he makes only worsens his situation."

The regional affairs analyst added: "The evidence, which has become clear to everyone, shows that Netanyahu is writhing like a wounded snake — he has lost control over the war and the realities surrounding it."
