Message from the Head of the Judiciary following the martyrdom of the brave and devoted Judge Ali Qenaatkar and a group of dedicated colleagues from the Prosecutor’s Office and Prison in the criminal Zionist Regime’s attack on Evin

According to the Judiciary's Media Center, in the wake of the martyrdom of Judge Ali Qenaatkar and a group of devoted staff from the prosecutor’s office and Evin Prison—as well as several fellow citizens—in a criminal attack by the Zionist regime on Evin Prison, Mohseni Ejei issued a message.

The full text of the message is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

In a savage assault on Evin Prison, the illegitimate and temporary Zionist regime martyred a number of our fellow citizens who had come to visit their loved ones, as well as a group of devoted personnel from the Prosecutor’s Office and prison staff.

Among these esteemed martyrs was Judge Ali Qenaatkar, the head of Tehran’s District 33 Prosecutor’s Office—a noble, courageous man, deeply committed to the rule of law, who truly strove for the security of citizens. The fruit of his tireless efforts was the most honorable and sweetest end: martyrdom.

Alongside this brave judge, a number of the best and most devoted administrative colleagues from the prosecutor’s office and prison also attained the high station of martyrdom.

By presenting such noble martyrs, the Judiciary has once again proven that, standing shoulder to shoulder with the country’s military and revolutionary institutions, it remains a target of the sworn enemies of the Islamic Republic—an honor for the Judiciary and all who serve it. Judge Qenaatkar, by joining the caravan of judicial martyrs, brought us pride and glory.

I hereby extend my congratulations and condolences on the martyrdom of Judge Qenaatkar—this esteemed and respected judicial figure—and his devoted colleagues from the prosecutor’s office and prison staff, to their noble families and comrades on the frontline of national security. I pray to Almighty God that these exalted martyrs may be gathered with the martyrs of Karbala in this sacred month of mourning for Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).
