The Israeli regime's military announced the assassination of Mohammad Ali Jamoul, a commander of Hezbollah's rocket unit in the Al-Shaqif sector, located in southern Lebanon.

A report by Israel’s Channel 12 television today detailed the drone assassination of Mohammad Ali Jamoul, a commander in Hezbollah’s rocket unit in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli military spokesperson stated that Israeli forces assassinated Jamoul at dawn by targeting his personal vehicle with a drone strike in the city of Deir al-Zahrani, southern Lebanon, resulting in his martyrdom.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah in Lebanon confirmed the martyrdom of Mohammad Ali Jamoul at the hands of the Israeli regime in the town of Deir al-Zahrani, southern Lebanon.

According to Lebanon’s official news agency, Mohammad Ali Jamoul, aged 33, was targeted by an Israeli drone strike early this morning while heading to the mosque in Deir al-Zahrani for dawn prayers, as was his daily routine.

His vehicle was struck on the Deir al-Zahrani–Nabatieh road near a pedestrian overpass. At the time of the attack, several other Israeli reconnaissance drones and Apache helicopters were observed flying in the area.

The report noted that this was the first Israeli incursion to this geographic depth, considered a clear violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty.

Jamoul came from a family involved in the resistance, and his brother had previously been martyred in the battles of Yahmar Shaqif during the 66-day war (Israel’s recent aggression against Lebanon).
