Gaza Martyrs Reach 51,000

Shahab News Agency reported that the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that over the past 24 hours, 17 people were martyred and 69 others injured in the Gaza Strip.
According to the report, since the new wave of Israeli aggressions on Gaza began on March 18, 2025, 1,630 people have been martyred, and 4,302 others have been injured.
With these martyrs, the total number of martyrs in Gaza since October 7, 2023, coinciding with the start of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation, has reached 51,000, with 116,343 people injured.
On the other hand, Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), stated last night that the situation in the Gaza Strip is like hell, and conditions have become far worse since the onset of Israeli aggressions.
In an interview with Anadolu Agency, Lazzarini said that Gaza residents are forced into constant displacement due to continuous evacuation orders while being bombed daily. He noted that living conditions in Gaza are unbearable, and as UN Secretary-General António Guterres stated, Gaza has become a zone of death.
Meanwhile, a leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), who requested anonymity, recently announced the failure of the Cairo negotiations regarding the proposals presented.
Speaking to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, he said: The proposal was rejected by the consensus of all resistance groups and deemed unacceptable, as it included conditions for disarming the resistance and did not encompass an end to the war or the complete withdrawal of the occupying army from the occupied territories in Gaza.
