Pezeshkian: The behavior of the Americans will determine the continuation of the negotiation path

According to the government information website, President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a cabinet meeting this Sunday morning, while appreciating the enthusiastic and serious presence of the people in the International Quds Day march, congratulated all the people of Iran and Muslims around the world on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr and expressed hope that a month of self-improvement and worship will improve and enhance our public and social behavior, speech, and actions with each other.
Pezeshkian continued by pointing out that the Islamic Republic of Iran's response to the US President's letter had reached them through Oman, and stated: "Although the issue of direct negotiations between the two sides was rejected in this response, just as the Islamic Republic had never closed the channels of indirect dialogue before, the letter also stated that the channel of indirect negotiations is open and emphasized that Iran has never avoided negotiations and that it was only the breach of promises that caused problems on this path that must be compensated and trust restored; this type of behavior by the Americans determines the continuation of the path of negotiations."
The President continued his speech by stating that the catastrophic crimes of the Zionist regime must be stopped and stated: "It is absolutely unacceptable that despite the declaration of a ceasefire, they continue to drop bombs on innocent people, relying on tools and technology. No honorable person would accept this inhumane behavior, and I ask God to help Muslim nations stand against this inhumane behavior with unity and solidarity."
