Head of the Judiciary: We are ready to take steps, in cooperation with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, to resolve the legal issues of foreign tourists

According to the Judiciary Media Center, Mohseni Ejei, during his speech at the closing ceremony of the 9th Fajr International Handicrafts Festival, while referring to the unparalleled role of cultural heritage and handicrafts in promoting the civilization of Islamic Iran, stated: We, the officials and agents of the system, need to listen more than we speak; today we need to know our society better and become more familiar with the capacities, talents, and initiatives of all members of society. We, the agents of the system, must understand the obstacles and challenges facing all segments of society as much as possible so that we can fulfill our responsibilities as best as possible.
Referring to the high capacity and talent of women in Islamic Iran as an important and influential group in the country, the head of the judiciary said: "Today, half of our society is made up of women; now the question is, do we, the agents of the system, recognize all the talents and abilities of women in Islamic Iran?"
Referring to the role of the tourism industry and handicrafts in strengthening the country's economic strength, the head of the judiciary stated: Today, the economy and livelihood of the people are the country's first issue; tourism is one of those industries that plays a significant role in strengthening the country's economic strength and creating sustainable employment. We must make the most of the capacities of the tourism industry in increasing the country's foreign exchange resources. Of course, it is important to mention here that we do not want to develop and prosper the tourism industry at the cost of trampling on the country's cultural and religious values and the influence of foreign culture.
The head of the judiciary, referring to the high capacities of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, stated: The capacities of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts are very high; these capacities can be used to better introduce Islamic Iran and confront Iranophobia. When the number of tourists entering Islamic Iran increases, this in turn neutralizes the bad propaganda of enemies and opponents in line with Iranophobia.
Referring to the help and assistance that the judiciary can provide in order to promote the country's tourism and handicrafts industry, the head of the judiciary stated: We in the judiciary declare our readiness to take greater steps with the help and assistance of the officials and personnel of the said ministry to remove and reduce the obstacles and challenges facing the country's tourism and handicrafts industry. We declare our readiness to provide more assistance to the relevant stakeholders in order to further protect and safeguard the country's rich cultural and civilizational heritage.
Referring to the need to resolve issues that may arise for foreign tourists in Iran, Mohseni Ejei stated: When a foreign tourist enters our country, he may encounter legal issues due to his lack of knowledge of the laws and norms in Islamic Iran; therefore, we are prepared to take steps in cooperation with the relevant ministry to resolve the legal issues of foreign tourists. Of course, in the first step, it is necessary to prepare the groundwork for foreign tourists to become more familiar with the laws and norms of our country; in this regard, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts can also be the source of the work. On the other hand, we can also organize more and more comprehensive measures to ensure and strengthen the security of foreign tourists.
The head of the judiciary noted: We have repeatedly emphasized that it is unlikely, if not impossible, to resolve the country's economic problems without the participation of the private and public sectors, and the judiciary considers it its duty and responsibility to assist the private sector, remove obstacles to production, and assist in boosting production. On this basis, it provides any assistance to activists in the fields of handicrafts and the tourism industry.
