Rubio's Great Illusion
Mark Rubio, former senator and current US Secretary of State, traveled to the West Asia region last week to consult with officials in Tel Aviv and some Arab countries and lay the necessary groundwork for the implementation of some of Trump's illusions and dreams against the Resistance Front. Rubio is considered a symbol of the failure of the US maximum pressure strategy against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Resistance Front.
Everyone remembers that in the first term of Trump's presidency, Rubio, along with other senators such as Tom Cotton and Ted Cruz, made great efforts to maximally contain the Islamic Republic of Iran and, like John Bolton and Mike Pompeo, was living in the illusion of the collapse of the Islamic Revolution.
However, in the end, the maximum pressure strategy of Rubio and his companions was responded to by a strategy of active resistance from Tehran, to the extent that each of these politicians finally admitted that they had not achieved their goals in confronting our beloved country.
Now, Mark Rubio has once again risen in the shadow of this illusion to taste defeat against Iran and the Resistance Front in regional equations and diplomacy. Contrary to what he pretends, Rubio does not have a comprehensive understanding of the current developments and realities in the field of international relations, and his ideas have always surpassed the current realities in the world of politics!
Rubio also has the experience of defeat against the Resistance: In the last two years of Trump's first term as a senator, he claimed that by exerting all-out economic pressure on Hezbollah in Lebanon and even boycotting Lebanese banks (with the aim of separating the Lebanese people from the Resistance), he would be able to remove Hezbollah from the power equations in Beirut. However, in the end, it was the Lebanese Resistance that, with its exemplary strength, thwarted all the plans and goals set by Washington.
During the Gaza war, Rubio repeatedly beat the drum of the Gaza genocide, claiming that the triple goals of Netanyahu and his companions of "destroying Hamas," "occupying the Gaza Strip," and "freeing Zionist prisoners in the midst of military operations" would be achieved, but in the end, he was forced to accept a reality called the Gaza ceasefire and the field and hypertextual defeat of the Zionists in this conflict.
Now, Rubio is in a new position, but this will not change the essence of the story! The new US Secretary of State and other politicians of this domineering country are less than capable of understanding the discourse of resistance and its examples and dimensions.
Undoubtedly, Rubio, like his predecessors, understands that the fate of the West Asian region is not determined in his political consultations in Tel Aviv and even secret promises and agreements with the Arab countries of the region! The fate of the region is in the hands of a sacred and dynamic discourse that will never tolerate surrender to the sworn enemies of humanity like Washington and Tel Aviv. Rubio will certainly have no choice but to reaffirm this absolute reality at the end of his mission as US Secretary of State.
