Head of Judiciary: America is the origin and source of terrorism and violence in the world
According to the Judiciary Media Center, Mohseni Ejei stated in a speech at the Supreme Council of the Judiciary on Monday: The Americans have resorted to exaggeration again these days; they are the origin and source of terrorism and violence in the world. Supporting terrorism, violating human rights, and crimes against humanity are an integral part of the structure and functioning of the American regime. The American regime has committed all kinds of crimes in its history against the people of the world, human societies, and even the people of America itself. In the recent brutal crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, the criminal Zionists were also supported by the Americans. The leaders of the American regime are still shamelessly striving to forcibly displace the people of Gaza from their land and are humiliating and threatening some countries in line with this sinister conspiracy. Some Western countries, which were partners in the crimes of the United States in some cases, are now humiliated by the leaders of Washington and, so to speak, are not played by the Americans.
The head of the judiciary stated: All those who have the platform, the pen, the speech, and the media should explain the crimes against humanity of the United States and repeatedly remind their people and audiences of these crimes. It is by reviewing the crimes of the United States and the violations of the covenants of this arrogant regime that the reason for not trusting them and not sitting at the negotiating table with them becomes clear. In this regard, the depth of the statements of the Imams of the Revolution becomes apparent to every awakened conscience and proves to everyone that whatever corruption there is in the world is under the leadership of the world-devouring America, and this arrogant regime cannot be trusted.
Referring to the tragic incident that occurred to the Tehran University student, the Chief Justice expressed his sincere condolences to his family and stated: "The Tehran Prosecutor's Office and other relevant authorities and agencies are seriously engaged in identifying and arresting the perpetrators of the murder of the Tehran University student; I once again emphasize the need to double this seriousness and follow-up, and I clarify that the cases of the perpetrators and masters of such crimes, after identification and arrest, will be investigated with the utmost speed and accuracy. "
The Chief Justice stated: The Supreme Court judges should also pay utmost attention to handling cases related to violent crimes, economic crimes, and in general, all cases that the public is sensitive to, and by holding meetings and brainstorming sessions with the judges of the lower courts, they should take measures and arrangements in such a way that the decisions issued regarding the perpetrators and instigators of the aforementioned crimes are extremely firm and solid from the very beginning; so that these rulings do not face violations and shortcomings in higher judicial authorities, and thus the process of concluding them and punishing their perpetrators takes a long time.
The head of the judiciary emphasized: All relevant judicial officials should be committed to dealing decisively and legally with the perpetrators and masters of violent crimes, and in order to deal with these criminals and those who commit irregularities, they should coordinate and synergize with relevant agencies in various fields, including cultural, propaganda, law enforcement, and information, at all times, especially on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan and the final days of the year, so that people's security can be strengthened in various aspects, both in physical and psychological dimensions.
Referring to the desperate efforts of the enemies to create bipolarity and division in the country, Mohseni Ejei continued: Judicial officials should not pay attention to the margins under any circumstances and remain steadfast on the direct path of "enforcing the right" and "implementing justice." The enemy wants to create bipolarity in the country on some issues and categories; let us pay attention so that we do not unintentionally fall into the trap of these bipolarities. Our focus in the judiciary is on the accurate and rapid implementation of legal duties and responsibilities, especially addressing people's grievances, and also assisting other branches of government in order to boost production and strengthen the country's economic strength.
