Trump's financial offer to Egyptians to accept Palestinians

Mustafa Bakri, an Egyptian parliamentarian and one of the country's media figures, said in a TV program on Sadi Al-Balad: US President Donald Trump offered Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi $250 billion and a solution to the Renaissance Dam crisis by preserving Egypt's water rights in the dam in exchange for agreeing to relocate Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
He added: Al-Sisi stuck to his positions and insisted on opposing the relocation of the people of Gaza. Egypt is committed to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Referring to the sharp contrast in the positions of Cairo and Washington, he said: Will we enter a war with Israel? Will the US cut off economic relations with Egypt and impose an economic blockade on our country?
Previously, American media reported Egypt's readiness to take military action to counter any forced displacement of Gazans to Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.
