Zionist plan to consolidate occupation in southern Lebanon

As the 60-day deadline stipulated in the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and the Zionist regime, according to which the Israeli occupying forces must completely withdraw from southern Lebanon, approaches, Hebrew sources published reports that the Israeli army intends to remain in southern Lebanon after this period.
In this regard, the Zionist Radio and Television Organization referred to the statements of the occupying army and announced: While the 60-day deadline stipulated in the ceasefire agreement is set to end within the next 72 hours, the Israeli army will not complete its withdrawal from southern Lebanon.
The official Israeli occupation agency reported that representatives of the Israeli army recently held a closed-door meeting with members of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Knesset (Israeli parliament), during which they stressed that the army would not be able to withdraw from all of southern Lebanon by the set deadline.
According to the report, Uri Gordin, commander of the northern region of the Israeli army, said at the meeting, the date of which was not mentioned: "The picture of the situation in the border areas is completely bleak."
