Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Imani Pour wrote in a post on the X platform:
"The result of the deliberate divergence and deviation of Western political, social, and security policymaking institutions regarding women has been the collapse of the family institution in the United States and European countries. The growing desire of Western societies to revive the family institution and to reaffirm the true status of women is itself a product of this process. The oppression that the modern West has inflicted upon women and upon their individual and social standing is even more severe than that of the Middle Ages."
