One year has passed since the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah was declared in southern Lebanon—yet for the people living along the border, peace never truly arrived. From the very first day of the truce, Israel continued to violate the agreement through targeted strikes, drone incursions, and relentless intimidation of civilian communities.
Every day reveals a reality the world often overlooks: that “ceasefire” has meant little more than a pause for one side, and a continuation of fear for the other.
