Gaza ceasefire agreement clauses published

While statements by officials and news reports indicate that a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip is close, Al-Mayadeen Network published the clauses of the agreement.

The clauses of the agreement, according to Al-Mayadeen Network, are as follows:
- According to the text of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, the Israeli forces must completely withdraw from all areas of the Gaza Strip towards the borders.
- The Rafah crossing will be opened and the Israeli regime will completely withdraw from it.
- The wounded will be transferred abroad for treatment and 600 trucks carrying aid will enter Gaza daily based on the humanitarian protocol overseen by Egypt.
- According to the text of the ceasefire agreement, 200,000 tents and 60,000 shelters will enter Gaza for emergency housing.
- 1,000 prisoners from the Gaza Strip and hundreds of prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment and higher sentences will be released. Also, the Israeli regime’s prisons will be emptied of all women and children under the age of 19.
- The Israeli regime will gradually withdraw from the Netzarim crossing and the Philadelphia axis.
- All refugees will return to their residential areas and movement will be carried out freely throughout the Gaza Strip.
- Flights in the airspace of the Gaza Strip will be suspended for 8 to 10 hours a day.
- All hospitals will be reconstructed and field hospitals and medical and surgical teams will enter the Gaza Strip.
- The first phase of the agreement will last 6 weeks, and in return for the handover of 33 Israeli prisoners, both dead and alive, the handover of Israeli prisoners will be completed in the second and third phases, so that negotiations can be held on the 66 prisoners remaining with the resistance.
- According to the agreement, on the seventh day, the refugees from southern Gaza will return to its north without inspection or inspection. Before that, the Israeli forces have withdrawn from Al-Rashid Street deep into the Netzarim axis, and Gaza residents will be free to move around in northern Gaza and its south via Al-Rashid Street.
- On the twenty-second day, the Israeli regime will withdraw from the entire Netzarim axis to the east of Salah al-Din Street, and people will have freedom of movement.
Meanwhile, the Hamas movement announced on Wednesday that its delegation had informed the mediators of its agreement to the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement.
Hamas noted that a Hamas delegation headed by Khalil al-Hayyah had informed Qatar and Egypt of Hamas' agreement to the ceasefire and prisoner exchange.
