Fatal attack in Occupied Territory: One settler killed, five injured
The Hebrew website "Walla" reported today (Tuesday) a shooting incident at an intersection in the occupied settlement of Gush Etzion, located south of Bethlehem.
According to this Hebrew media, the cause of the shooting is under investigation.
Channel 12 of the Israeli regime’s television reported that initial signs indicate the shooting in Gush Etzion was a security incident.
The official radio of the regime also reported that today’s operation in the Gush Etzion settlement involved a cold weapon attack and shooting, and details of the operation are under investigation.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation also emphasized that several people were injured in the shooting that took place in the Gush Etzion settlement and that the shooter was neutralized.
In a resistance operation south of Bethlehem, one Israeli was killed and three others were injured.
This Hebrew media reported that the condition of two of the injured in this shooting is critical.
The Israeli regime’s media, quoting the regime’s emergency center, reported that five people were injured in today’s operation in the Gush Etzion settlement, one of whom is in critical condition.
A spokesperson for the Israeli army also confirmed that the operation involved a vehicular ramming attack and an attack with cold weapons.
The Israeli army radio reported that two attackers today used a vehicle at an intersection in the Gush Etzion settlement to carry out a ramming attack, which caused injuries to several people.
According to this Hebrew media, in this ramming and cold weapon attack, two people were injured, one of whom is in critical condition.
However, later the Israeli emergency center announced that one of the injured from today’s operation in the Gush Etzion settlement died.
Also, the "Shehab News" agency reported that one of the perpetrators of this operation was martyred.
According to Shehab News, a large number of Israeli army, police, and emergency forces were deployed at the shooting site located south of Bethlehem.
