Araghchi: Negotiation with the U.S. is not possible under current conditions

Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, when asked about the possibility of negotiations with the United States at this time, said:

“The reality is that there is currently no possibility for such talks, as we see no positive or constructive attitude from the American side.”

Araghchi stressed: “Whenever they are ready to engage in negotiations on an equal footing, aimed at reaching a mutually beneficial agreement, such talks could become possible, and Iran could consider them.”

The Foreign Minister concluded: “However, the approach we currently observe from the Americans does not indicate any such readiness.”
