Enhancing petrochemical development management efficiency through young and skilled talent
Engineer Mostafa Motadayen stated:
“Managing the development of the petrochemical industry requires its own specific essentials and principles, which can be summarized in three key elements: collective creativity, effective human resource management, and the application of knowledge and technology.
If each of these three components finds its proper place within the management structure, we can achieve and strengthen the desired goals of this sector.
In this regard, the Development Management of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Holding has, in recent years, prioritized the recruitment and empowerment of committed, skilled, and creative professionals. Fortunately, the positive results of this strategy have become evident across various projects.
Over the past years, we have made sure that the drive for rejuvenation within petrochemical management does not come at the expense of experience — and, equally important, that an overreliance on experience does not drain the energy and innovation brought by younger professionals.”
Engineer Motadayen added:
“Thanks to this strategic vision, we have witnessed significant achievements and improvements in administrative, technical, operational, and managerial domains. Beyond the headquarters — the command center of petrochemical development management — we have also strengthened and consolidated our capabilities at the project level.
The comprehensive performance report prepared at the end of 2024 clearly reflects the synergy and cohesion among the various divisions of the Petrochemical Industries Development Management Company, all working toward maximizing efficiency and service to Iran’s petrochemical industry.
We firmly believe that this path must continue with determination and vigor.”
