Doctors Without Borders halts operations in Gaza
The international NGO Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) announced on Monday that it has suspended the work of its aid teams in the Gaza Strip due to intensified Israeli attacks.

In a statement, the organization said: “Our teams have halted their life-saving medical activities because of the escalation of Israeli assaults on Gaza City.”
According to Al Jazeera, citing the statement: “Israeli forces have surrounded clinics, leaving hundreds of patients—including children and newborns—at serious risk.”
The statement further stressed: “We call for an end to the violence and for immediate access to humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip.”
MSF also added: “Israeli authorities must ensure the safety of humanitarian organizations operating in Gaza City and guarantee unimpeded access to people in need of assistance.”
