Father of Martyr Hezarjaribi to the international community: Take effective action to ensure justice and prevent similar tragedies
Parsa Mansour Hezarjaribi, known as “Son of Iran”, was a Padel athlete and national champion from Mazandaran Province, Behshahr County, Hezarjarib region. He was martyred on the first day of the Israeli regime’s attack in Tehran.
At the session on “The Human Rights Impacts of the 12-Day Attack on Iran by Israel and the United States” at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Mansour Hezarjaribi, father of the young martyr, holding photos of his son, said: “My dear son, Parsa Mansour Hezarjaribi, was a young, energetic, hopeful, and promising individual. A graduate in Biomedical Engineering, a dedicated athlete and Padel champion, a compassionate, faithful man devoted to his personal beliefs, and respected and loved by everyone around him.”
While holding images of his martyred son, Hezarjaribi added: “Parsa was only 26 years old when his life was ended in a brutal and inhumane manner. This merciless attack is a clear violation of international human rights and humanitarian law.”
Addressing international bodies, the father of “Son of Iran” said: “I urge you to hear the voice of our suffering and take urgent, serious, and effective measures to ensure justice and prevent such tragedies from recurring.”

Distinguished officials, representatives, and honorable members of this assembly,
My name is Ramin, and today I stand before you with a broken heart and a soul weighed down by grief and sorrow.
My beloved son, Parsa Mansour Hezarjaribi, was a young man full of energy, hope, and promise — a biomedical engineering graduate, a dedicated athlete and champion in padel, a compassionate and principled human being, deeply committed to his beliefs and profoundly respected and loved by all who knew him.
Parsa was only 26 years old when his life was brutally and inhumanely taken.

He was working at a pharmacy — not just as a job, but as a way to help others with love and responsibility. Every day, he gave his all to improve the health and well-being of patients. His service was a true reflection of his generous spirit and humanity.
But on the morning of June 13, 2025 (corresponding to 23 Khordad 1404), while Parsa was sleeping peacefully at our home, our residence was struck in a cowardly missile attack.
As a result of this ruthless assault, Parsa lost his life instantly, and my wife and I were trapped beneath the rubble.
This attack constitutes a blatant violation of international human rights and humanitarian law.
This crime claimed the lives of approximately nine people at the scene — among them, my beloved son.
Today, I am here to raise my voice in the pursuit of justice, and to appeal to the honorable officials, representatives, and members of the Human Rights Council, with the following demands:
• A firm, public, and unequivocal condemnation of this aggression and crime against humanity
• Accountability and prosecution of those who ordered and carried out this barbaric act
I urge you to hear our cry for justice, and to take immediate, serious, and effective action to ensure accountability and to prevent such tragedies from ever happening again.
With sincere gratitude for your attention and support.
