“Gaza children buried alive”: Shocking testimony from American doctor
Although numerous international reports have documented the inhumane and brutal crimes of the Israeli regime against civilians, especially children, since the beginning of its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, this American doctor, who previously visited Gaza, revealed harrowing details of the atrocities committed by Israeli soldiers.
Mark Prumalter, an American Jewish doctor and surgeon who volunteered in Gaza last year, told the press that he personally witnessed the Israeli military burying two Palestinian children alive and deliberately shooting at children.

The orthopedic surgeon, based in North Carolina, said: “Israeli soldiers pushed two Palestinian children into a mass grave using a military bulldozer and then covered them with soil while the children screamed for help. Gradually, their cries diminished until they were silenced completely by the earth.”
He added: “Later, when we exhumed the grave, we found the children’s red and green shirts, and their hands were tied behind their backs. This scene shows an incomprehensible level of brutality that can only occur from innate hatred and malice.”
Deliberate shooting of children
The American doctor’s account of Israeli crimes did not stop there. He emphasized that Israeli army snipers were deliberately massacring Palestinian children in Gaza. “I will never forget the children in Gaza who were wounded and mutilated—they were intentionally killed by Israeli snipers, and we have evidence to prove these crimes,” he said.
During his time in Gaza between late April 2024 and mid-May, he personally witnessed children being directly targeted and massacred by Israeli snipers in Gaza hospitals, actions that constitute full-scale war crimes.
Mark Prumalter, vice president of the International College of Surgeons in the U.S., stated that he possesses documentation and evidence that could serve as legal proof against the Israeli army in international courts. Israeli forces systematically and racially target Palestinian children, who represent the most vulnerable segment of society.
