Head of the Judiciary: The global arrogance is fearful and anxious about an independent country like the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On Tuesday, August 5, in his 42nd provincial trip since assuming the presidency of the judiciary, Mohseni Ejei entered North Khorasan for an unofficial and protocol-free visit, accompanied by the senior judiciary delegation.
During this trip, the Head of the Judiciary and other senior judicial officials have planned various programs aimed at addressing the legal and judicial issues facing the people of North Khorasan Province.
Meetings with officials, elites, and various groups of people, as well as participation in the Administrative and Judicial Council sessions of the province, are among the scheduled activities.
It is worth mentioning that since assuming office on July 1, 2021, Mohseni Ejei has officially visited the provinces of Ilam, Qazvin, Khuzestan, Golestan, Razavi Khorasan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Qom, Yazd, South Khorasan, Zanjan, Markazi, Isfahan, Alborz, Kurdistan, East Azerbaijan, Kerman, Ardabil, Bushehr, Hormozgan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Semnan, Tehran, Kermanshah, Gilan, Lorestan, West Azerbaijan, Hamedan, and Mazandaran, leading the high-level judicial delegation.
According to the Judiciary’s Media Center, during his unofficial visit to North Khorasan, Mohseni Ejei addressed judges and judiciary staff, offering an analysis of the country’s situation in the aftermath of the recent imposed war.
He stated: "Today, global arrogance, led by the criminal United States and its protégé, the Zionist occupying regime, fears an independent country like the Islamic Republic of Iran. During the recent imposed war, they targeted our people, scientists, and prohibited sites in blatant violation of international norms and laws — and in return, they received crushing responses from the armed forces of Islamic Iran."
The Head of the Judiciary continued: "Today, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, inspired by his holy ancestor Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), emphasizing that the Islamic Republic neither accepts an imposed war nor an imposed peace. In the recent war, the enemies mobilized extensive resources, equipment, and funding against Islamic Iran, but our will and logic triumphed over theirs. It is undeniable that we lost great figures and suffered damage to parts of our infrastructure, but we emerged victorious because the enemy failed to achieve its sinister goals and suffered painful blows from Islamic Iran."
Mohseni Ejei added: "After being dealt heavy blows by Islamic Iran, the Zionists turned to the United States and pleaded, 'If you don’t come to our aid, we will be annihilated!' Out of desperation and helplessness, they dragged the U.S. into direct military confrontation with Iran. This appeal for help from Israel to the U.S. is itself evidence of their defeat. Another sign of Israel’s failure in the recent war is their push for a ceasefire. It was the Zionists, after suffering harsh and painful strikes from Iran’s armed forces, who pleaded for a truce."
Referring to the extraordinary unity and solidarity among the Iranian people, the Judiciary Chief emphasized: "Our people — from all walks of life, classes, and viewpoints — proved during and after the recent imposed war that they are fully committed to the Islamic Republic and stand ready to defend the nation. Such a united and cohesive people deserve the best services. In the Judiciary, we must use our legal position to offer selfless and comprehensive service to the people. May God forbid that any shortcomings or lack of resources lead us to neglect our duty to serve the people, treat them with dignity, and uphold justice! We must strengthen our spirit of dedication in order to provide robust legal and judicial services to the people."
