Iran’s legal prudence in ending the 12-day war with the Zionist Regime

In an interview with Mizan, Ghasem Mohammadi, PhD stated:

"During the 12-day war with the Zionist enemy, the Islamic Republic of Iran not only inflicted heavy blows on Tel Aviv, Haifa, and various parts of the occupied territories, demonstrating its strength and resolve, but also acted wisely and prudently in the manner of ending the enemy’s aggression. Iran did not accept any formal ceasefire agreement; rather, it agreed to a conditional suspension of war. Iran has made the cessation of hostilities contingent on the enemy refraining from future aggression against our territory. This Iranian approach prevents the Zionists from pursuing a project similar to what we witnessed in Lebanon after its ceasefire."

This legal expert and political affairs analyst added:

"Iran’s distrust of the United States, as an aggressor and absolute supporter of the Zionist regime, is absolute. Therefore, in defining any legal mechanisms, this distrust and the likelihood of the U.S. reneging on its commitments must be fully taken into account."
