Judges reject Zionist regime's request to cancel arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant
This decision, made on July 9, 2025, was recently published on the ICC’s official website.
The judges in The Hague also rejected the Zionist regime’s request to suspend the ICC’s broader investigation into its crimes committed in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Zionist regime had claimed that the arrest warrants should be revoked.
However, the judges rejected the request, stating that the investigation into the regime is still ongoing and the arrest warrants will remain in effect.
The International Criminal Court has come under intense pressure to halt its investigation into the Zionist regime’s war crimes.
A senior legal advisor at the U.S. State Department recently issued a serious threat against the court's oversight body, claiming that “all options are on the table.”
Reed Rubinstein, a U.S. representative, declared: “We will use all appropriate and effective diplomatic, political, and legal tools to stop the overreach of the International Criminal Court.”
This threat came shortly before the U.S. government's announcement of sanctions against Francesca Albanese, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories.
