Photographers and videographers from 30 domestic and international media outlets visit Evin Prison

On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, photographers and cameramen from 30 media organizations toured sections of Evin Prison that had been heavily damaged during the terrorist attack by the Zionist regime.
Due to the extensive destruction and poor structural safety, the media personnel were only allowed to visit the ground floor of the prison’s administrative building, after which they immediately exited the premises.
They then proceeded to the four-story, 48-bed hospital inside Evin Prison. The third and fourth floors were inaccessible due to heavy damage. The hospital's ground floor housed the lab, radiology, and physiotherapy units; the first floor contained the dental clinic; and the second floor held the emergency department. These areas were photographed and filmed by domestic and international media representatives.
The group then moved toward the prison's family visitation hall. Along the way, many vehicles were seen that had been severely damaged by the regime's projectiles, and images of these were also captured. Upon approaching the visitation building, photographers and cameramen encountered severe destruction at its entrance, which made access difficult. Surrounding buildings also sustained damage and bore clear signs of the attack.
Media outlets present during this visit included: Iran Newspaper, Etemad, Jam-e Jam, Jomhouri Eslami, Kayhan, Shargh, Hamshahri, Javan, Farhikhtegan, Jamaran, Tasnim, Dideban, Moj, Avash Media, Yamin News, Borna, Rokna, Ana, Al Mayadeen, RTL Netherlands, EPA Germany, NHK Japan, Frontline Australia, Al-Manar TV Lebanon, France 24 Arabic, Getty Images, Rex Features, Nour Photo Agency, and the Judiciary Media Center.
