Iran's doubts about enemy's commitment to ceasefire

According to the Public Relations Office of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Seyed Abdulrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, held a phone call with Khaled bin Salman, Saudi Arabia's Defense Minister, to discuss the 12-day war with the Zionist regime and the United States, as well as regional and bilateral issues.
In the phone conversation, Major General Mousavi noted that the aggression by the Zionist regime and the United States against Iranian soil occurred despite the Islamic Republic of Iran's restraint and while indirect negotiations with the United States were ongoing.
He said: "These two regimes have shown that they are not committed to any international rules or norms, a fact that was proven to the world during the 12-day imposed war."
He continued: "We did not start the war, but we responded to the aggressor with full force. Given our serious doubts about the enemy's commitment to its obligations, including the ceasefire, we are prepared to deliver a strong response if aggression is repeated."
During the phone call, the Saudi Defense Minister stated that the Saudi government has not limited itself to condemning the aggressions but has made significant efforts to end the war and aggression.
He also offered condolences for the martyrdom of several commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Armed Forces during the recent imposed war. In the conversation, both sides emphasized the continuation of consultations to develop bilateral relations and establish security and stability in the region, highlighting the significant roles of Iran and Saudi Arabia in achieving this goal.
