Poll: Majority of occupied territories residents support ending Gaza war

The poll results regarding the Gaza war indicate that the majority of residents in the occupied territories favor stopping the conflict.
According to Maariv, 59% of the residents of the occupied territories support halting the war against Gaza and reaching an agreement that would secure the return of captives in exchange for ending the war and the withdrawal of the occupying army from the Gaza Strip.
The newspaper also noted that, in contrast, 34% of the residents of the occupied territories prefer the continuation of the war in Gaza, believing that military pressure will lead to the return of captives.
Maariv further reported that 48% of the residents of the occupied territories believe the war in Gaza is continuing for political reasons, while 37% think it is driven by security considerations.
