Ceasefire imposed on the Zionist enemy following the successful “Besharat al-Fath” operation

According to IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting), Khabar Network issued a statement announcing the imposition of a ceasefire on the Zionist regime.

The full text of the statement is as follows:

"To the Noble People of Iran,

The successful missile operation by the IRGC, in response to the U.S. aggression, and the exceptional resilience and unity of our dear people in defending the homeland, has forced the enemy into a ceasefire.

Last night, just hours after the IRGC’s successful missile strike on the U.S. Al-Udeid base in Qatar, Donald Trump, in a plea-like statement, called for a ceasefire in the Zionist regime's imposed war against our country. This request came immediately after the IRGC’s effective response to the U.S. attack on our nuclear facilities.

In last night’s successful missile attack, the U.S. Al-Udeid base in Qatar was struck and heavily damaged. Trump’s call for a ceasefire also came as recent days have shown the increasing vulnerability of the Zionist regime’s critical centers to Iran’s advanced missile capabilities.

Trump’s desperate and pleading request for a ceasefire followed eleven days of historic and courageous resistance by the proud Iranian nation and the unmatched unity of all Iranians in defense of their country against foreign aggression — a unity that thwarted the enemy's sinister goals.

In the early hours, the Foreign Minister stated that if the Zionist regime halts its attacks by 4:00 a.m., Iran would also stop its strikes.

In a message posted on social media at 4:16 a.m., Mr. Araghchi announced: ‘As we have repeatedly said, it was the Israeli regime that started this war, not us. Currently, there is no agreement on a ceasefire or halting operations. However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its aggression against Iran by 4:00 a.m. today, we also have no intention of continuing our response.’

The Foreign Minister emphasized that a final decision regarding the cessation of military operations by Iran would be made subsequently.

In another message shared on social media, Araghchi praised the Armed Forces for standing firm against the enemy until the very last moment, saying: ‘Our powerful Armed Forces continued their military operations to punish Israel up until exactly 4:00 a.m.’

The Foreign Minister added: ‘Together with all Iranians, I express my deep appreciation to the country’s Armed Forces, who stood ready to defend our beloved homeland to the last drop of blood and responded to every enemy attack until the final moment.’

To the dear people of Iran — in the face of your courageous and determined resistance, and the heroic bravery of the Armed Forces, especially the warriors of the IRGC and the Air Defense Forces of the Army, who imposed a ceasefire on a savage and criminal enemy — we bow our heads in respect. This pride and honor is yours to cherish.”
