Head of the Judiciary: The bombing of nuclear facilities will not go unanswered

According to the Judiciary Media Center, on Monday (June 24), Mohseni Ejei made these remarks during a session of the Supreme Judicial Council. He expressed gratitude to the insightful, vigilant, and loyal people of Islamic Iran who, in these critical times, have demonstrated greater unity, solidarity, and cooperation to the world. “The brilliant public support for the armed forces and for religious and national values truly deserves appreciation and praise. This unity and solidarity of the people is one of the most valuable manifestations of resistance against the vile and cowardly enemy,” he said.
Referring to the upcoming month of Muharram, Ejei added: “We are certain that this year, Muharram will take on a more glorious and epic expression in Islamic Iran. Our devout, martyrdom-seeking, and oppression-resisting people will participate with stronger resolve and firmer action in defending religion and the homeland.”
Touching again on the recent aggression by the criminal American regime against the sovereignty of Islamic Iran, the Judiciary Chief reiterated: “The U.S. President has revealed his true evil nature and shown the world he is a deceiver. He claimed to be a man of peace, but he started a war. Undoubtedly, the American regime’s aggression against the Islamic Republic’s sovereignty will not go unanswered. This criminal regime will be brought low and disgraced by the faithful and proud Iranians.”
Mohseni Ejei declared that “The American regime’s attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities violates all international norms, laws, regulations, and even customary standards. By doing so, the leaders of this regime have both exposed their wickedness and proven their ignorance. They can no longer even pretend to speak of civilization or respect for international rules — nor will they be able to justify their actions to their own people.”
The Judiciary Chief continued: “When the Americans saw that the Zionists were failing and collapsing in their aggression against Iran, they directly intervened to support their proxy regime in the region, launching a blatant and inhumane act of aggression against Islamic Iran.”
He went on to say: “The Americans assumed that with the Zionist regime’s attack on Friday, June 14, which led to the martyrdom of top Iranian commanders, and with their logistical and arms support, they would hold the upper hand. But they witnessed the roar of Iran’s missiles in the skies over the occupied territories — so much so that the mayor of a strategic region in those lands desperately begged for the devastating Iranian attacks to stop. As a result, the U.S. regime itself directly entered the fray.”
Finally, the Head of the Judiciary emphasized: “Cases related to individuals affiliated with the aggressor Zionist regime must be swiftly and precisely resolved, in accordance with the legal standards relevant to wartime conditions. If the processing and closing of these cases is delayed, the deterrent effect of the verdicts will be lost.”
