Head of the Judiciary: The current U.S. President will receive the consequences of his warmongering

In a televised and radio interview marking the beginning of Judiciary Week, Mohseni Ejei provided a brief report on the Judiciary’s performance and outlined its future plans, while also commenting on recent developments.
At the beginning of the interview, he paid tribute to the martyrs, especially those killed in the recent Zionist regime’s aggression against Iran—including commanders, scientists, and civilians—and expressed his gratitude to God for the honor of serving such a faithful, proud, and noble nation. Quoting the Supreme Leaders of the Islamic Revolution, he described the Iranian nation as "unparalleled in history" and noted the rare and beautiful manifestations of national unity and solidarity visible in recent days.
He praised those engaged in the ongoing media war, particularly national media personnel. He highlighted the brave actions of TV presenter Sahar Emami, and the control room manager at the IRIB news channel, who remained at their post even after the cowardly Zionist attack. He called these examples of lasting sacrifice by media personnel during this aggression against Iranian soil.
Mohseni Ejei stated: "Today, the proud nation of Iran is pleased to be confronting the most wicked and malicious elements of our time. The Islamic Republic's defense against these evildoers is entirely rational, legitimate, and humane. Around the world—including in the U.S.—free and noble people are praising Iran's actions and condemning the Zionist regime’s aggression."
He emphasized: "The international community now faces two paths: either to act within international agreements and avoid war, or to disregard these agreements. I believe the collective global conscience will lean toward dialogue and adherence to international accords."
He drew comparisons between Iran’s current defense against Israel and the eight-year war with Iraq. Back then, he said, Saddam was not universally recognized as wicked, but today, the entire world clearly sees the crimes of Iran’s enemies. In the past two years, the barbaric Zionist regime has martyred 54,000 Palestinians, including children and women, and even used food as a weapon to starve civilians. He argued that such acts cannot be attributed to human beings and condemned the global arrogance that supports such a regime. He criticized international organizations for failing to act against these atrocities.
"I deeply believe," he said, "that the brave Iranian people, armed forces, and officials are not just defending Iran, but also humanity and human dignity. The Zionists fundamentally reject human dignity and civilization."
He dismissed the Zionist regime’s illusion that it could break Iran’s will by making the people abandon their independence, faith, and national pride. “But,” he said, “the revolutionary, patriotic, and courageous people of Iran proved otherwise with unity, solidarity, and resilience.” He called this unprecedented patriotism and humanity a reflection of Islamic teachings and noted that national pride stems from self-respect—an essential Islamic value.
The Judiciary chief stressed that the Islamic Revolution belongs to all Iranians, not any particular group. Over the past 46 years, people from all social, ethnic, and professional backgrounds have contributed, sacrificed, and become martyrs. Following the recent Zionist attack and Iran's powerful military response, he noted new expressions of compassion, unity, and solidarity among the public—rooted in religious and national pride.
He added: “Today’s youth are more aware, intelligent, alert, and resilient than those during the era of the Sacred Defense. The Iranian people now clearly recognize their enemy and benefit from 46 years of experience. God willing, the ultimate victor in this confrontation will be the forces of Islam and the faithful, courageous people of Iran—a historic turning point that will be eternally recorded.”
He said he had issued 21 special orders to judicial authorities following the Zionist attack, instructing swift and decisive action against security threats, spies, and collaborators with the Zionist regime. He noted that many judicial personnel are working even on holidays to process these cases.
Mohseni Ejei also called on the public to remain vigilant and help counter the enemy’s psychological operations. Citizens, he said, can significantly assist the judiciary, security forces, and intelligence agencies by reporting suspicious activities through designated phone numbers and platforms. He encouraged people to resolve minor disputes privately, so the judiciary can focus on urgent national security cases.
He praised the armed forces for fulfilling their duties with great capability and noted that Iran has yet to reveal the full extent of its military power—something both the public and the enemy understand. He honored the fallen military commanders who were killed in the recent attack, and praised the swift response under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief. “Without such preparedness, revolutionary spirit, and a sense of duty, we could not have punished the aggressors so quickly. Planning and executing a continuous operation against the Zionist regime was no easy task, but it was accomplished just days after the martyrdom of senior commanders.”
In conclusion, he analyzed the current state of Iran’s confrontation with the U.S. and Zionist enemies, saying: “Our enemies—especially the Americans—are deceitful, hypocritical, and bullies, equipped with advanced technology and resources. But none of this can stand against the steel resolve of the Iranian people and armed forces. Our nation is united, cooperative, and obedient to the Supreme Leader. These traits will surely lead us to victory, marking a historic leap forward through the heroism of our people.”
He finished by stating: "The current U.S. president campaigned on promises of peace and dialogue, but instead chose warmongering—and he will undoubtedly face the consequences. Like his predecessors, he will be cast into the dustbin of history. The American regime was an accomplice in the Zionist regime’s initial aggression against Iran, and now it is directly involved. It must expect severe punishment."
