Imposed War, Imposed Peace

In his recent address, the esteemed and powerful Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran praised the dignified, brave, and timely stance of the Iranian people. He stressed: “Just as the Iranian nation stood firm against the imposed war, it will stand firm against any imposed peace. This nation will never surrender to imposition.”
This statement is a clear expression of the strength and grandeur of a nation, a system, and a land that has never bowed to oppression and arrogance, and has consistently humiliated its enemies. Several important points must be considered in this context:
Iran: A symbol of resistance
Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution—and particularly in today’s critical period—Iran has emerged as a symbol and role model of active resistance against the sworn enemies of humanity and Islam. Iran stands tall as a banner of steadfastness, unwavering through the storms of time and turbulence of events.
The unity of Iranians across the globe, the resilience of its soldiers, and operations like “The True Promise 3” are clear manifestations of this steadfast spirit. Each passing day of the confrontation with the sinister Zionist regime further engrains Iran’s image in the minds of billions as the flagbearer of resistance.
Today, Iranian missiles go beyond striking Tel Aviv and Haifa—they target and challenge the entire narrative of appeasement toward oppression and global arrogance.
Resistance: The key to salvation for free nations
What unites the early days of Islam, the Ashura uprising, the Islamic Revolution, the Imposed War (Iran-Iraq War), and today’s confrontation with the Zionist regime is one foundational principle: faith in divine promise and the spirit of resistance.
A “Strong and Powerful Iran” has always stood against injustice throughout history. Despite their different forms, both Imposed War and Imposed Peace serve the same strategic purpose: the enemies’ continuous attempts to steer Muslim and free nations away from the path of resistance, and instead normalize surrender to oppressors as the dominant model worldwide.
This desperate effort by the enemies stems from their failure to understand the nature of the resistance discourse and its deep-rooted place in the beliefs and actions of its devoted followers. Resistance is not just a political choice; it is a living and enduring ideology.
The fall of Zionism through global awakening
The collapse of Zionism will not occur solely through missile strikes—it is through widespread awareness that the illegitimate foundations of the Zionist regime are most deeply threatened.
The developments in the region over the past two years—especially since the powerful “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation—have catalyzed a surge in collective insight. What has truly cornered Netanyahu, Trump, and other agents of oppression is not just Iran’s growing military and missile prowess, but the spiritual awareness that fuels this jihad in the path of God.
This rising awareness—regional and global—against the true nature of the Zionist regime is the most crucial precondition for dismantling the den of corruption. The recent foolish attack by the occupying regime on the sacred soil of Iran has only accelerated this trend in favor of the forces of truth and against the forces of falsehood.
The enemy’s smile and scowl
Today, global public opinion is more aware than ever of the realities behind “imposed war” and “imposed peace,” and of the dual-faced behavior of enemies—smiling at the negotiation table while sharpening the blades of war and sanctions behind the scenes.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution has clearly outlined the proper response to such duplicity. He has made it clear that imposed peace—if it disregards our rightful demands and national interests—can be as dangerous, if not more so, than imposed war.
A rushed ceasefire or peace deal without considering justice and sovereignty can serve only to allow the enemy to regroup and strike again.
One of the tactics used by the enemy is to influence the psychological atmosphere of society in order to impose a so-called “peace worse than war.” The Leader’s recent words show that a Strong Iran stands with the same resolve against imposed peace as it did during the imposed war. The message is clear: Imposed peace is inherently unstable.
True and lasting peace can only come through eradicating the root of corruption. Just as a decayed tooth only numbed by painkillers will eventually return to pain, ignoring the core causes of conflict will only bring more suffering. To eliminate the pain, we must seek root-level treatment.
To reach true deterrence, the terms and timing of any ceasefire or peace must be determined by us—not imposed from outside.
From a shared dream to a real nightmare
Once, the dream of a submissive Iran was a common fantasy shared by the U.S. and the Zionist regime. But after witnessing Iran’s field and cognitive superiority, that dream has turned into a genuine nightmare for the child-killers in the White House and the occupied territories.
Only a short time remains until the final victory of the camp of truth and the downfall of the camp of falsehood, God willing.
