The Head of the Judiciary visited the detention facility of some of the most important detainees related to the Zionist regime’s aggression

According to the Judiciary Media Center, Mohseni Ejei, while attending the detention facility of some of the most important detainees related to the aggression of the Zionist regime, studied their cases and personally asked technical questions of these defendants.
During his visit, the Head of the Judiciary addressed the relevant judicial authorities as well as the bailiffs and experts in the cases of these elements related to the Zionist enemy, and made specialized and technical recommendations.
In this regard, the head of the judiciary stated: The cases of elements related to the Zionist enemy who were aides to the aggressor in the aggression of this evil and cruel regime must be concluded as soon as possible in accordance with the law, and no delay or procrastination is permissible in this matter; the current situation is a special one, and while the utmost care and compliance with the law must be observed in handling such cases, they must also be handled quickly.
The head of the judiciary said to the experts and officers of the cases of elements related to the Zionist enemy: You, the experts and officers of the cases of elements related to the Zionist enemy, must complete the cases of these defendants as soon as possible by using targeted methods and quickly hand them over to the judicial authority.
The Chief Justice noted: The esteemed people of Islamic Iran should be assured that after the completion of the investigations into the cases of elements associated with the Zionist enemy by the bailiffs and the referral of these cases to the competent judicial authority, special measures will be taken to determine the responsibility of these cases as soon as possible, in accordance with the law and taking into account the specific conditions of the country. If the treacherous actions of these accused are proven, they will immediately face severe punishment and there will be no leniency or appeasement in this matter.
Mohseni Ejei stated: After the completion of the investigations, the maximum use of time will be made in the judicial investigation of the cases of elements accused of collaborating with the Zionist aggressor regime, and these cases will not be subject to the statute of limitations.
The head of the judiciary said: Addressing the officers and experts of such cases, it has been emphasized that they work around the clock to complete the investigations and, by utilizing innovative and innovative intelligence and security methods related to the evacuation and exchange of information, identify the traitorous elements and their ringleaders as quickly as possible.
The head of the judiciary said: The various intelligence, security and law enforcement agencies and departments will have the utmost synergy and cooperation in completing the investigations related to the cases of elements accused of collaborating with the Zionist interim regime, so that they can quickly send the relevant cases to the competent judicial authority, and there, in accordance with the specific conditions of the country and in accordance with the legal arrangements specific to the said conditions, these cases will be determined quickly and accurately.
It is worth noting that the head of the judiciary asked some technical questions of some of them during his presence at the place where some of the most important detainees of the events related to the Zionist regime's aggression are being held.
One of these defendants had sent locations and images of centers in the country abroad, and special booklets along with spy devices were discovered and seized from his residence.
Another defendant was a dual national, from whose hiding place encrypted information transmission devices were discovered and seized.
Another defendant in this case was also an individual who, over the past months, had sent information and specifications of specific places and centers to his contact across the border.
