Judiciary Spokesman: Elements disturbing security and public calm will be swiftly identified and punished

Asghar Jahangir, Spokesman for the Judiciary, said in an interview with Channel 3 TV: “Yesterday, a meeting was held in the Supreme Judicial Council under the leadership of the Head of the Judiciary; important points were raised, and responsibilities were divided.”
He added: “In that meeting, the Head of the Judiciary stressed that anyone who, in these conditions, acts as a traitor or a spy in support of the crimes of the enemy, will be dealt with decisively and in a way that destroys their ability to harm the country.”
The Spokesman for the Judiciary explained: “Prosecutors across the country have been ordered to be fully prepared to provide security for the people and to deal decisively and legally with all spies and mercenaries of the Zionist regime in a way that sets a strong example.”
Jahangir stressed: “Individuals who have been identified in these days and are engaged in espionage will immediately have cases opened against them and will soon face punishment for their reprehensible crimes.”
He said: “In wartime, all legal procedures are expedited. Mercenaries of the Zionist regimen, in particular, will face the harshest penalties in the shortest possible time, in accordance with the law.”
The Spokesman for the Judiciary added: “All elements that undermine the security and peace of the people — whether physical or psychological — through their activity in cyberspace, causing distress and concern among the population, will be swiftly identified and punished.”
