The Head of the Judiciary: Those who collaborate or align themselves with adversaries, aggressors, or thugs will face the harshest punishment

According to the media center of the judiciary, Mohseni Ejei, today, Monday (June 16), during a meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council, reiterated his condolences and congratulations upon the martyrdom of a group of Iran’s brave generals, nuclear scientists, and valued people in the crimes recently perpetrated by the savage Zionist regime.
He stated: We must appreciate the brave, vigilant, and perceptive people of Iran — a people who have fully supported their armed forces and openly condemned the child-killing, aggressive Zionist regime and its number-one supporter, the bullying America. The people swiftly turned the majestic celebration of Eid al-Ghadir into a momentous and anti-Zionist, anti-American event.
The Head of the Judiciary stressed: The murderous and genocidal Zionist regime has started a war that will bring it a catastrophic fate; by the grace of God and with the strong resolve of our brave people and armed forces, we will deal even more powerful blows to this temporary regime — a punishment that will serve as a warning to all aggressors.
He further explained: The criminal America fully supports the Zionist regime in every way, and there is no doubt that the crimes that started last Friday by the Zionists were made in coordination and with the backing of the Americans. America is an accomplice to the crimes against the Iranian people and must be held accountable for its support of these crimes. The Americans repeatedly send messages through various channels denying their role in the crimes against the Iranian people, but this is a deceptive claim; if they were sincere, they would openly and explicitly condemn the crimes of the Zionists against Iran.
The Head of the Judiciary stressed: The recent crimes by the Zionist regime against Iran are another test for the international community — a test which it has once again failed. Despite the violation of all red lines by the Zionists, including their attacks on nuclear facilities — a move prohibited by international regulations — we have not yet seen any condemnation or preventive action by these so-called international bodies.
The Chief of the Judiciary reiterated: The Iranian nation and its brave armed forces will provide a legitimate and rational defense against the aggressive, criminal Zionist network and will teach a dramatic lesson to the aggressors.
During today’s meeting, Mohseni Ejei, in keeping with the current situation, issued specialized instructions to judicial officials across the country — in particular to the Attorney General’s Office and to prosecutors — to implement strategies and tactics in cooperation with all related institutions to stabilize and consolidate peace and security for the people.
He further stressed: Those who undermine the physical or psychological peace and security of the people must be promptly tried and punished in conformity with the law. It’s worth noting that a swift trial and punishment of such individuals will have a strong deterrent effect, while any delay will diminish its desirable and effective impact.
The Head of the Judiciary reiterated: We warn those who, in any way, collaborate or align with adversaries, aggressors, or thugs or who wish to exploit the current situation to pursue sinister goals against the people and the country, that without doubt, without leniency, and in conformity with the law, the harshest punishment awaits them.
He stressed: If a person is arrestable due to collaboration with the Zionist regime, he or she will be swiftly tried and punished in conformity with the conditions of war, and this will be implemented promptly and made known to the public.
The Head of the Judiciary stressed: The safety of the people under all circumstances stands as our most outstanding red line; its significance under the current conditions is even greater. Thugs and their collaborators should be aware that we insist, strongly and devotedly, on preserving the peace and stability of the people and will deal decisively with those who undermine it in conformity with the law.
The Chief of the Judiciary further stated: The people should rest assured that, in both the Judiciary and other governing bodies, there’s no shutdown; officials and the executive bodies are delivering services to the people with greater diligence and resolve.
Mohseni Ejei concluded by stating: Currently, the media outlets and rumor-monger mechanisms of the enemies are spreading falsehoods and messages that undermine the psychological peace of the people. Therefore, it’s essential for the country’s media — including the media center of the Judiciary — to carry out their informational and clarifying responsibilities with greater coherence and coordination. Those involved in media and clarification should be vigilant not to become contributors to the spreading of misinformation and disarray in their delivery of news and information.
