Reaction of the Judiciary Spokesperson
According to the Judiciary's Media Center, Asghar Jahangir, the Judiciary Spokesperson, while expressing condolences for the martyrdom of a number of compatriots, national commanders, and nuclear scientists, stated: The illegitimate Zionist regime, by violating all international norms, including the provisions of the United Nations Charter, has committed aggression against residential and civilian areas, massacred defenseless children and innocent women, and engaged in state-sponsored terrorism, surpassing all the criminals in history.
According to IRIB News, he stated: Based on the United Nations Charter, particularly Article 51, in the event of an armed attack against a member of the United Nations, until the Security Council takes necessary measures to maintain international peace and security, nothing in the Charter shall impair the inherent right of self-defense of a member state. This means that our country, as a member of the United Nations, has the legitimate right to self-defense and will respond decisively to this barbaric crime.
Jahangir added: We expect our honorable compatriots to support the judiciary in fulfilling its duties while maintaining unity. Given that the Zionist regime is recognized as the greatest violator of human rights in the world, the judiciary will undoubtedly utilize all international capacities and coordinate with relevant domestic institutions to pursue the rights of the noble Iranian nation in accordance with its legal responsibilities.

Statement by the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Regarding the Zionist Regime’s Aggression Against Iran
The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran issued a statement regarding the Zionist regime’s aggression against Iran.
The text of the statement is as follows:
The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran announces that the attack on the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Enrichment Complex (Natanz) caused damage to various sections of the facility. Assessments of the extent of the damage are underway.
No reports of casualties among the personnel stationed at the site have been received so far. Investigations have confirmed that no radioactive or chemical contamination has spread outside the site.
This action by the Zionist regime violates international laws, including resolutions of the IAEA Board of Governors, the General Conference, and the UN Security Council.
Over the past two years, in response to repeated threats by the Zionist regime against Iran’s nuclear facilities, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization sent several letters to IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi and raised the issue in meetings with him, calling for condemnation of these threats based on his legal responsibilities. Unfortunately, to date, even after the attack, the Director General has taken no action in this regard.
Meanwhile, the IAEA has deviated from its professional and impartial path by issuing politically biased reports based on false information provided by the Zionist regime.
The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran considers this silence as complicity with the Zionist regime and believes that the IAEA has thereby been reduced to a tool in the hands of the Zionist regime, losing its credibility as a reputable international organization. This attack represents a failure for the IAEA due to its unjustifiable shortcomings and the Director General’s lack of professional and impartial action, including in ensuring the security of peaceful nuclear facilities under IAEA supervision.
There is no doubt that political pressures, now accompanied by military pressures, will not weaken the resolve of the scientists, experts, and personnel of this proud industry. Contrary to the enemy’s desires, these proud individuals, with doubled motivation, will pursue the country’s lofty goals of advancing the nuclear industry.
Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces martyred
In a missile attack by the Zionist Regime on various areas of Iran, a number of high-ranking officials have been martyred.
General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, was martyred in this attack.
Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the military aggression by the Zionist Regime against Iran:
The response to this aggression is Iran’s legal and legitimate right under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no effort and will respond in whatever manner they see fit in defense of Iran’s territory.
The aggressive actions by the Zionist Regime against Iran could not have been carried out without coordination and authorization by the United States. Therefore, the US government, as the main supporter of this Regime, bears responsibility for the dangerous consequences and ramifications of this aggression.
Army: We will teach a bitter lesson to the Zionist Regime
In the Name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful
Brave nation of Iran, dear brothers and sisters!
The bloodthirsty and monster-like Zionist Regime has launched air attacks against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran and struck several points in our country. We had previously avoided opening the path toward war, but the Army of the Islamic Republic, alongside the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, will not tolerate the aggression by these child-murderers or the shedding of the pure blood of our compatriots, and we will teach Netanyahu a bitter lesson.
We ask our dear people to remain calm and composed. Dismiss any rumors that may be circulated by elements connected to this Regime. Do not approach military bases, and wait for the moment when collective responsibility, as entrusted by our great Leader, is to be carried out. Currently, the Army and the IRGC’s soldiers are engaged in battle in the skies.
The results will be made known to the Iranian nation in due course.
Condolences from the Public Relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the Martyrdom of the Brave Commander of Islam
Major General Hossein Salami: “The martyrdom of this great commander is a testament to the oppression and the justice of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and another proof of the weakness and cowardice of its spiteful enemies and state terrorists in the face of the soft power and firm resolve of the mujahedeen on the path of truth.
Undoubtedly, the strong path of that high-ranking martyr will be vigorously continued by the youths of the revolution in the IRGC, the Basij, the Armed Forces, and by the people as a whole. The criminal Zionist Regime will pay a heavy price for this crime, which was committed with the knowledge of the sinister White House and the terrorist US Regime.
The mathematical error and crimes of Iran’s sworn enemies will not go without a response — they should await a tough and regret-provoking revenge.”
Statement Number 1 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces following the attack on parts of the country:
“The aggressive and adventurous action by the Zionist Regime in the early hours of Friday, 13th of June, in attacks against various parts of the country — including civilian and military areas — resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of our dear compatriots, including women, children, and several military commanders.
The Communication Center of the General Staff of the Armed Forces strongly condemns this overt aggression by the sinister and criminal Zionist Regime, which is in violation of all international norms and regulations.
In compliance with the orders of the Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief (may God prolong his shadow), we assure the noble, martyr-raising, and brave people of Islamic Iran that the response by your soldiers in the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the planners, perpetrators, and supporters of this cowardly action will be decisive, overwhelming, and regret-provoking.”

IRIB News Agency: The martyrdom of Dr. Tehranchi and Maj. Gen. Gholam-Ali Rashid is confirmed.
