Important remarks by the Judiciary Chief regarding the murder of Ms. Elahe Hossein Nejad

According to the Judiciary’s Media Center, Mohseni Ejei, speaking at the Supreme Council of the Judiciary meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025, said: "Today, everyone witnesses the desperation of the American regime against Islamic Iran. The U.S., which at one point resorted to pleading for negotiations with Iran, now constantly shifts its stance and, with malice, makes demands of Iran that will certainly not be met. Islamic Iran will not halt its progress in scientific and nuclear advancement or enrichment, all of which stem from the authority created under the guidance of the Supreme Leader—an authority the enemies fail to comprehend."
Referring to the intelligence masterpiece of the "anonymous soldiers of Imam Zaman (AJ)" in obtaining a wealth of strategic documents from the Zionist regime, the Judiciary Chief said: "The exceptional and devastating blow delivered by the anonymous soldiers of Imam Zaman (AJ) in the Ministry of Intelligence, through complex, precise, and intelligence-driven actions, to the body of the vile Zionist regime is truly commendable and worthy of appreciation. The value of this work will become more apparent in the future. Strategic and sensitive documents related to the nuclear and non-nuclear sectors of the occupying regime have been uncovered, and the effects will manifest later."
Regarding the arrest of the perpetrators of the assassination of Judge Ehsan Bagheri, a dedicated judge in Fars Province, the Chief Justice said: "The perpetrators of Judge Ehsan Bagheri’s assassination attempted to hide and escape using certain tactics. However, the Judiciary’s Protection and Intelligence Center, in collaboration with the Police (Faraja) and intelligence agencies, relatively quickly identified and arrested these elements. I take this opportunity to express my utmost gratitude for their efforts and urge the relevant judicial authority to handle the case of these perpetrators with utmost precision and speed, in accordance with legal standards, and issue a ruling."
Addressing the disappearance and murder of Ms. Elahe Hossein Nejad, the Chief Justice said: "I once again extend my condolences to the family of Ms. Elahe Hossein Nejad. The incident was truly distressing. I commend the Police and the Criminal Investigation Department for identifying and arresting the murderer despite limited leads. In this case, our people, driven by religious and national sentiments and human compassion, followed the matter closely, which is highly valuable in some respects. However, we must ensure that in such cases, mainstream media, citizen journalists, and even social media users do not fall into the trap of adversaries and inadvertently disrupt public psychological security. The spread of rumors in such cases must be prevented, as it undermines public psychological security. It should be noted that initial investigative findings and assumptions may differ from the results obtained later. Therefore, while investigation findings must be carefully communicated to the public, the dissemination of rumors, speculations, and conjectures should be avoided to prevent public anxiety and distress."
The Judiciary Chief emphasized to the relevant judicial authority handling Ms. Elahe Hossein Nejad’s case to process it with utmost precision and speed and to try the accused in accordance with the law.
In today’s meeting, Mohseni Ejei reiterated the importance of strengthening protective measures within the Judiciary, stating: "All of us working in the Judiciary must feel a sense of responsibility and duty to safeguard the entire judicial system and its subsidiaries. We should treat the institution we serve as if it were our own family. Just as we take care to prevent our family members from faltering, we must ensure our colleagues do not slip. If we observe signs of such faltering, we must, at the earliest stage, prevent our colleagues from falling into the trap of corruption or misconduct. We must recognize that today, the enemy is poised to strike our system through any means, angle, or individual."
