Araghchi: Enrichment in Iran will continue

On Sunday, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, reacted to statements by Steve Witkoff, the senior U.S. negotiator in nuclear talks, who claimed that “Iran’s enrichment is a red line, and Iran will not even have the right to one percent enrichment.” Araghchi said: “I think he is completely detached from the realities of the negotiations, and enrichment in Iran will continue.”

Iran’s Foreign Minister asserted: “If they are interested in ensuring that no nuclear weapons are produced, we are fully prepared, but if they make unrealistic demands, it’s natural that they will achieve no results.”
