Zionist Newspaper Maariv: Netanyahu has become isolated

According to Al-Mayadeen, Ben-David believes the real prime minister of Israel is Bezalel Smotrich, who is pushing the regime toward perpetual war, while Netanyahu grows increasingly isolated, weaker, and is gradually losing U.S. support.
The Zionist journalist wrote that Netanyahu is more isolated than ever, fading like the margins of the road to Jerusalem last week. He faces repeated blows from Washington and couldn’t even secure a flight path for his alleged vacation in Azerbaijan. It seems U.S. President Donald Trump, who admires successful figures, views Netanyahu as a loser.
Ben-David noted that Trump pursues an independent U.S. policy in the Middle East, with Israel having no seat at the decision-making table. Netanyahu is out of touch, relying on television for information about U.S. policy.
He added: Trump has abandoned us regarding the Ansarullah movement. He is independently negotiating with Iran toward a nuclear deal, and we don’t know its details or whether it benefits us. He will soon announce a weapons deal with Saudi Arabia, the details of which we’re unaware. On Gaza, Trump decides whether we move toward an agreement or war.
