Call-Up of thousands of Israeli Regime’s reserve forces

Al-Mayadeen network, citing Israeli regime media, reported that the regime’s army began summoning tens of thousands of Israelis to join the reserve forces, explaining that this is aimed at expanding operations in the Gaza Strip.
Israel’s Channel 14 reported that approximately 60,000 reserve soldiers will be required to report to their military units starting mid-next week over the course of a few days.
The Israeli network noted that many reserve soldiers will be deployed to serve on the borders with Lebanon, Syria, or the West Bank to facilitate the redeployment of regular forces from these areas to the fighting in the Gaza Strip.
In response, families of Zionist prisoners held in the Gaza Strip criticized the decision, emphasizing that it would only lead to the deaths of more Zionist prisoners in Gaza.
On Saturday night, the families of the Zionist prisoners issued a statement declaring that “Netanyahu, instead of rescuing the Zionist prisoners, is sending more soldiers to Gaza to kill them.”
The families called on Eyal Zamir, Chief of Staff of the Israeli regime’s army, to refrain from conducting any operations in Gaza, as such actions would lead to the deaths of the Zionist prisoners held there.
