Yemen's strike on the heart of Tel Aviv

The Israeli regime's army stated on Sunday that the center of occupied Palestine was hit by a missile attack from Yemen. As usual, based on initial reports, the army claimed that its air defense system intercepted the Yemeni missile.
Israeli regime media also reported that warning sirens were activated in central areas of occupied Palestine. The Israeli regime's home front confirmed the activation of sirens around Tel Aviv.
Israeli media reported that both the Arrow 3 and THAAD systems failed to target and intercept the Yemeni missile. While some Zionist media reported the failure of the defense system to intercept the Yemeni missile, others noted smoke rising from Ben Gurion Airport due to the debris of a missile intercepted during the attack.
Almog Boker, a reporter for Israel's Channel 13, confirmed the failure of the regime’s air defense systems to intercept the missile launched from Yemen. Following the missile attack, flights at Ben Gurion Airport were suspended, and all roads leading to the airport remain closed.
Meanwhile, Israel’s official radio reported that the regime’s security officials are deeply concerned about the failure of air defense systems to counter the Yemeni missile, which struck Ben Gurion Airport.
Israeli security officials admitted: The missile penetrated four layers of Israel’s defense systems and hit Ben Gurion Airport, which is highly concerning.
Israel’s Channel 12 reported that the Yemeni missile’s warhead was extremely large, causing significant explosive shockwaves. The channel also acknowledged that the missile breached four layers of air defense and landed at the heart of Ben Gurion Airport.
The report added: There are concerns that international airlines may halt flights to Ben Gurion Airport due to the attack.
Media outlets published images of the damage caused by the missile strike. Reports from Israeli regime media noted that the missile’s impact created a crater ten of meters wide and deep.
Meanwhile, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for Yemen’s Armed Forces, issued a statement on Sunday, declaring: In response to the Israeli regime’s ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip and in support of the Palestinian people, a hypersonic ballistic missile was launched toward Ben Gurion Airport in the occupied Yaffa (Tel Aviv) region.
According to Al-Masirah network, the statement confirmed that the missile successfully hit its target, halting all airport operations for over an hour. Yahya Saree stated: Israeli and American defense systems failed to intercept the missile, and over three million Israeli residents fled to shelters.
The spokesperson for Yemen’s Armed Forces also warned international airlines against operating at Ben Gurion Airport, stating that it is no longer safe for civilian flights.
He added: In a separate operation conducted last night, a vital Israeli target in the Ashkelon region was struck with a Yaffa-type attack drone.
The statement concluded by emphasizing that Yemen, in fulfillment of its humanitarian and religious duty, will continue its resistance against aggression and support the people of Gaza until the attacks cease and the siege is lifted.
