Three key factors in managing petrochemical industry development

In an interview with Mizan, Engineer Mostafa Motedayen stated: "The development of the petrochemical industry requires its own specific managerial and operational prerequisites and strategies. We are talking about a dynamic and influential sector where a direct and effective relationship must be established between functions and objectives. In managing the petrochemical industry, it is essential to create a direct connection between the three factors of precision, agility, and trust-building. None of these factors negates the others. One cannot prioritize speed at the expense of precision, nor can both speed and precision be considered without structural trust-building. Some believe that a choice must be made between speed, precision, and trust-building, whereas the integration of these three factors ensures our ultimate success in the critical and sensitive field of managing petrochemical industry development."
The CEO of the Petrochemical Industries Development Management Company added: "When these three factors become the connecting points for all administrative and project components in managing petrochemical industry development, we will automatically witness a seamless sequence of effective activities and the realization of pragmatic outcomes grounded in logic and calculation. In such a scenario, the margin of error decreases, and new opportunities gain the ability to manifest within a solid framework. In this process, obstacles to achieving speed, precision, and trust-building must be monitored, identified, and resolved. To this end, the managerial and expert body of the Petrochemical Industries Development Management Company, as an intermediary expert arm between employers and contractors, is diligently and meticulously working to identify and address these obstacles, and this effort will continue."
In conclusion, Engineer Motedayen noted: "Given this year’s slogan, designated by the Supreme Leader as 'Investment for Production,' since the beginning of 1404, we have been pursuing a clear and cohesive plan to enhance the quality of managerial and expert services for ongoing projects and plans. This is aimed at increasing knowledge and skills within project management bodies while creating new experiences and achievements."
